Just Justice
Becoming the community you're called to be

Workshops
Real change starts with honest conversation. We lead workshops that create space for your team or congregation to engage with anti-racism and equity in a way that's thoughtful, grounded, and built for where your organization actually is — not a one-size-fits-all training that ends the moment it's over.

Consulting
Every organization's path to equity looks different. We work alongside your leadership to assess where you are, identify what's needed, and guide the ongoing work of building a more just organization — from policy to practice to culture.

Why This Work, and Why Me
Since 2021, I have trained and been certified through the United Church of Christ's Sacred Conversations to End Racism program, a restorative racial justice curriculum grounded in education, theology, and honest community dialogue. For the past three years, I've also trained clergy and lay leaders across the Indiana-Kentucky Conference through the Anti-Racism Task Force.
I want to be direct about something: I am a person of European descent, and I have not experienced the racial discrimination that our siblings of color carry. I don't come to this work as an expert, and I don't come to it from lived experience of racism. I come to it because I believe addressing racial inequity is a responsibility that belongs to people like me — and because staying silent or comfortable is no longer something I can choose to do.
The voices, scholarship, and lived experience of Black and Indigenous people and other people of color are what guide this work — not mine. My role is to help create space for honest conversation, to keep learning, and to walk alongside your congregation or organization as you do the same. I don't have all the answers. I'm committed to showing up anyway.
