E3 Initiative Logo Design

While working in Marketing and Communications at ECHO Housing, I collaborated with the E³ Initiative team to develop a logo for a cross-sector collaboration addressing homelessness, mental health, and community safety. The E³ Initiative brings together Law Enforcement, Mental Health Professionals, and Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) providers to create a more coordinated and compassionate response to complex community needs.

The logo was intentionally designed to reflect the initiative’s three pillars: Education, Encouragement, and Enforcement. Visual elements and color cues from each sector’s existing brand identity were thoughtfully incorporated—education represented through line work and colors inspired by the mental health team, enforcement reflected through black and blue elements drawn from law enforcement branding, and encouragement expressed through lines and colors aligned with PSH providers. The final mark is cohesive yet distinct, illustrating how each sector contributes its unique strength to a unified approach to stability, safety, and dignity.
