Service Description
This service is designed for projects that require consistency across multiple pieces, such as events, campaigns, or coordinated communications. Includes: • Discovery/Strategy session • 3–5 coordinated designs • 2 revision rounds • Multi-platform delivery Starting at $165 If you’re unsure which service best fits your needs, please return to the bookings list and schedule a free consultation for guidance. Every design package includes: Phase 1: Discovery & Alignment • Discovery session (30–60 minutes) • Clarifying goals, audience, tone, and deliverables • Review of any existing brand materials Phase 2: Concept Development • 1–3 initial design concepts (project-dependent) • Strategic explanation of design direction Phase 3: Design & Revisions • Refinement of selected concept • Includes 2 rounds of revisions • Additional revisions available if needed Phase 4: Final Delivery & Handoff • Final files delivered in agreed formats • Optional delivery walkthrough • Basic guidance for use across platforms
Cancellation Policy
These policies are intended to create a clear, respectful, and collaborative experience. By booking a service with A Just Calling, you agree to the following terms. Booking & Consultation • A free consultation is available for clients who are unsure which service best fits their needs. • A discovery session is required before any design work begins. • Booking a service reserves time for planning and project intake, not immediate delivery of final designs. Pricing & Payment • Design services are priced based on scope and complexity. • Some services list a starting investment; final pricing is confirmed after the discovery session. • A non-refundable deposit of 30–50% is required to begin work and secure a project start date. • Remaining balances are due before final files are delivered unless otherwise agreed in writing. Revisions & Scope • Each design service includes up to two (2) rounds of revisions unless otherwise stated. • Revisions include reasonable adjustments to the approved design direction. • Requests that significantly change direction, add new deliverables, or expand scope may require additional fees. • Additional revisions or services may be added at the client’s request and billed accordingly. Timelines & Client Responsibilities • Project timelines are estimates and depend on timely client communication and feedback. • Delays in providing content, approvals, or feedback may extend timelines. • Rush timelines may be available for an additional fee, subject to availability. Deliverables • Final files are delivered in the formats agreed upon during the project. • Editable or source files are not included unless explicitly stated or purchased as an add-on. • Once final files are delivered and approved, the project is considered complete. Cancellations & Rescheduling • Discovery sessions may be rescheduled with reasonable notice. • Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun. • If a project is canceled after work has started, the client is responsible for payment for work completed to date. Usage Rights & Portfolio • Upon final payment, clients receive the right to use final designs for their intended purposes. • A Just Calling may display completed work for portfolio and promotional use unless otherwise requested in writing. Agreement By booking a service, submitting payment, or proceeding with a project, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Booking & Design Service Policies.
